This past weekend, I had the opportunity to be with some of the most amazing people I have ever met, in Big Bear Lake, California. Every morning we would meditate in the most beautiful settings, surrounded by spectacular trees and fresh air.
For the past year, I have been meditating indoors, usually surrounded by stuff in my room and stagnant air from indoors. I realize how powerful the energy of Nature is, especially when you do a surrendering act such as *meditation*. Nature vibrates at an amazing frequency that is healing and invigorating when you are out and about , experiencing it. Nature will support your path of meditation, as your vibration rises to become one with the vibrational energy in the trees, the air, the ocean and the wildlife. Try leaving the comfort of your own home and trekking outdoors to try meditation in outdoors. See if you notice a difference … the feelings may go deeper and connections may be more profound.
A powerful grounding exercise to do while meditating, it to imagine *roots* coming out from under your body to connect you to the Earth.
Even during the hottest months in Florida, meditating under a tree offers a nice respite from the harsh, humid world.
Nature has a lot to teach us if we *Listen*.
